Medicinally, once had a very high reputation as an ingredient of the Medieval 'salve', an ointment applied to heal wounds and treat skin infections. The flowers are pollinated by Bees, flies, lepidoptera, self. Produces POLLEN & NECTAR. It is noted for attracting wildlife. SEEDS 1g/£1.55 (sow any time of year)
