ANNUAL HERB growing to 0.5 m (1ft 8in) by 0.3 m (1ft). This cultivar is for flower/seed production. Hardy to zone 5. It is in flower from June to July. A major source of nectar and pollen, it yields 200-350 pounds of honey per acre, and 100-150 pounds of pollen. Coriander is a commonly used culinary herb, valued especially for its effect on the digestive system, treating flatulence, settling spasms in the gut and countering the effects of nervous tension. The raw seed chewed will sweeten the breath even after garlic has been eaten. The flowers are pollinated by Honeybees and Bumblebees. Produces POLLEN & NECTAR. It is noted for attracting wildlife.
