Geranium pratense - Meadow Crane's-bill
Meadow Crane’s-bill: M, N, P, B,*, Jun-Sept
NATIVE PERENNIAL WILDFLOWER growing to 1.2 m (4ft). Prefers damp meadows. Hardy to zone 5. It is in flower from June to September. This beautiful wildflower is now sadly lacking in our once wildflower-laden countryside. We suggest you re-introduce them to your more wild parts of the garden and let them self-seed where they can. Will naturalize in meadows. Provides bee forage during the June-gap dearth, producing generous amounts of large bluish-lilac flowers for a very long period. Produces POLEN & NECTAR. SEEDS 1g/£1.55.
